Refund Policy

The Obsidian Key is a digital product delivered as an instant download. Because there is no shipping and nothing to return, this page explains the single condition under which refunds are issued and the exact steps for requesting one.

The 14-day guarantee

If the book does not match its description on this site — different content, unreadable files, a product materially other than what the sales page promises — you can request a full refund within14 days of purchase. Write tosupport@theobsidiankeybook.com from the email address used for the order, include the word "refund" in the subject line, and describe briefly how the product fell short. No elaborate justification is required.

EU withdrawal right

Under EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal normally does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the statutory withdrawal right. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee described above is offered voluntarily and applies to all customers, including those in the EU.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your license ends and your access to the download and any accompanying material expires. The files you already saved should be deleted, and the book may not be kept, shared, or redistributed after a refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the approval email. Your bank may need a few additional days to post the amount. If nothing arrives after ten business days, reply to the approval email and the payment will be traced.
